MIaaS by BindPlane with GCP

Nice to meet you again, in this topic i wanna discuss about MIaaS.

MIaaS is abbreviation of *Monitoring Integration as a Service*

Monitor everything from the cloud, to infrastructure, to applications

Where does this data go?

Choose from a list of your favorite monitoring platforms and BindPlane will send the data there. They provide the analytics. We provide the data.

Lets Getting started

so in above picture you can choose what you need to configure first, it’s depend on your priority.

Let me give an example, I take metrics first:

in this page we can click *Add Destination* to start integration with google cloud platform.

in the next step, we can insert service account into that form integration then *Text Connection* for sure.

After we *Add* integration to GCP, we need to add some metric collector

We can choose some popular collector, for example we will choose *GNU/Linux* for integration source of metrics. Then we can see generated Secret to install on our linux server using bash scripting.

So in this case i haven’t provide ready VM on premise to install collector, we can skip this.

let say we already install collector agent on our VM on premise. then we can see it on overview that have integrated cloud monitoring metrics.
